Choose the space of our Bearpark house
Our Durham house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and separate areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. Up to four guests can stay across the two bedrooms. For colleagues who want their own rooms, the home provides two private bedrooms.
The living room has a sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV. There is room to spend an evening together while keeping the bedrooms for rest. The dining table seats up to six, giving the house’s four overnight guests space for meals or a laptop.
The bathroom has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower. Outside, the small rear garden gives you somewhere for a morning coffee or fresh air. These details make the house a comfortable base when you are staying beyond a short visit.
Cook and do laundry at home
The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, along with cookware and utensils. Prepare breakfast before heading out, bring groceries back for dinner or cook around your own working hours. You have your own kitchen throughout the booking.
A washing machine is provided, so laundry can fit into your routine at the house. Wi-Fi is also available. Together with the separate living room, these facilities give you practical reasons to choose our home for a longer stay.

Your own base in Bearpark
The house is at Field View in Bearpark, with field views and a small garden. Free on-street parking is usually available outside. Those spaces are not reserved private parking, so include your vehicles when discussing the booking with us.
Arrival is by self check-in, using the key box beside the front door. We send the code before check-in and manage the home remotely, with support by message, email or phone during your stay. You have privacy in the house and a direct way to reach us.
