What is serviced accommodation?
Serviced accommodation is a fully-furnished private home with all bills, fast Wi-Fi and a full kitchen included, a flexible, cost-effective alternative to a hotel for a night, a week, a month or longer.
Which areas do you cover?
We host homes across Durham, Ellesmere Port and Cheshire, and the Wirral.
Can I book for a contractor team, or monthly?
Yes. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly stays, including whole-house bookings for contractor teams, all booked direct with us, the owners.
What's included?
Every stay comes fully furnished with all bills, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, towels and linen, and parking (free at most properties).
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-street or off-street parking is available, depending on the property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at selected properties, sometimes with a small charge, just ask us before booking and we'll confirm for your chosen home.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service via a secure key box; we send you the code shortly before arrival, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
