Meet your hosts
Hi, we're Beverley and Renato. Seize The Stay began with a single home we refurbished together, and a simple idea: give people a comfortable, well-cared-for place to stay and look after them like family.
When you book direct, you deal with us, the owners, not a platform. There's always a real person to help with check-in and anything you need.
Very helpful and nice attentive owners. Cosy place. Couldn't fault our stay, we loved it. And will stay again.
Spotless clean, lovely decor, good communication, off road parking, well equipped. No Oven gloves... everything else perfect
Comfortable clean and well resourced apartment with parking, great for exploring surrounding areas.
Serviced accommodation is a fully-furnished private home with all bills, fast Wi-Fi and a full kitchen included, a flexible, cost-effective alternative to a hotel for a night, a week, a month or longer.
We host homes across Durham, Ellesmere Port and Cheshire, and the Wirral.
Yes. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly stays, including whole-house bookings for contractor teams, all booked direct with us, the owners.
Every stay comes fully furnished with all bills, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, towels and linen, and parking (free at most properties).
